リフティング大皿 – “Rifutingu Oo-zara”

A bit like a keepy ups this one. Start holding the Ken with the ball hanging down. Whip the ball up into the big cup (see Big Cup for more info on this) then, when it’s caught, flick the Ken so that the ball heads upwards and in the direction of your knee. As the ball comes down, raise your knee to make contact with the ball and knee it back to the Ken. Catch it again the big cup. The guy in the video below has taken it to the next level by using two Kendama at the same time.
